USA Advisory Board Meeting

USA Advisory Board Meeting

Navigating the complexities of the US healthcare system can be daunting, but it’s also an environment that embraces innovation and drives technological progress. To ensure SensTrain's success in this market, we assembled a dream team of experts to guide us:

Dr. Andrew Beardslee, PT – A physical therapy practice owner with extensive experience treating amputees.
Dr. Cole Cheney, MD – A leading physician with a surgical background and multiple published research studies focused on amputees.
Rebecca Hast – A retired senior executive from Hanger Inc., with over 30 years of expertise working with insurance payers.
Mark Hopkins, PT, CPO – A rehabilitation and prosthetics specialist with an independent patient care practice.
Dr. Charles Levy, MD – A retired physiatrist who spent years working with amputee veterans through the Veteran’s Administration (VA).
Mark Ford – Our distribution partner and O&P market expert with boots-on-the-ground experience.
The insights from this group were invaluable. They confirmed that SensTrain has the potential to be introduced early in a patient’s recovery journey, a critical period for maximizing impact.
James - Patient Model - James was the first American to ever use any version of SensTrain, and he did a great job! We threw him in at the deep end and ran him through a quick set up and training process. He took it in his stride and after asking a few questions about the way the app worked (questions we have answered in our latest version) he was using SensTrain like a pro and instead of just giving a 5 minute demo, he carried on using it for the full 2 hour meeting and beyond

We also showcased the Beta Care Hub platform, which empowers clinicians to monitor and manage patients using SensTrain. Its ability to track progress, generate billing reports, and provide actionable metrics was met with enthusiasm.

The meeting was more than just informative—it was energizing. Connecting face-to-face with our expert team fostered collaboration, sparked fresh ideas, and gave us a clearer path forward. Their feedback reinforced our belief that SensTrain is not just a device but a revolutionary tool that can change how amputees manage phantom limb pain.
