SensTrain Neuro-PL

The SensTrain Neuro-PL has two therapy modes designed to work together.

NeuroTraining Mode guides you through structured rehabilitation. Through the on-screen therapy program you are guided to identify where and what kind of stimulation you feel on your residual limb. As you improve, the challenge increases, helping the brain form a more accurate understanding of your body.

Active Relief Mode delivers a 15-minute session of soothing stimulation. It's designed to help calm flare-ups and provide short-term comfort when you need it.

Whether you're working towards long-term change, or need quick relief, both modes are built to support you.

As you retrain your brain, over time you learn to understand that the phantom limb is not real, helping to update the brain’s image of the body.

    Your therapy starts off at Level 1; this is the least difficult but still likely to be a challenge. In level 1 you will have the opportunity to get to know how to use the SensTrain Neuro-PL, whilst learning which settings work best for you.

    Through consistent and regular use, many will begin to notice an improvement in your sensory discrimation. You can track your progress and performance in the app.

    Continued Improvement & Achievements

    Each day, as you progress, you’ll

Does it hurt to use?

What are the two therapy modes for, and for how long do I use them?

The first mode is the NeuroTraining mode. Designed to be used each day for 15 days in the first month. These sessions last 20-45 minutes and the unique tree shaped pad is used this mode. it's important to top up your therapy, and it's recommended to use the NeuroTraining mode every week to help you reach your rehabilitaion goals.

The second mode offers Instant relief. This is a TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) mode. It uses electrical pulses to block pain signals from reaching the brain, offering effective temporary relief. In this mode you apply the specific TENS pad and have the option of 3 different treatment programmes that run for 15 minutes.
